The villa is situated in the village of Agios Dimitrios (village with direct access to the city of Rethymno), 10 km from Rethymno on the road to the Monastery of Arkadi and 2 km from the central axis running through the northern Crete and joins the cities of Heraklion and Chania.

       It is 140 sq m  with a tow car garage 85 sqm. It is built in its own plot of  600 sq.m. in a garden with grass, flowers and fruit-bearing trees.       At a distance of 12 km there is the Monastery of Arkadi and at a distance of 4 km, the J. M. Arsaniou is located in this area.

The beach with many hotels located 2 km away where there is also the hub for the northern road of Crete.

       The village Pigi, which is 300 m from the house has, bakery, pharmacy, market minimarket, vegetables, butchery, barbecue-restaurant  and traditional cafes..

        The area is ideal for day trips to Chania, Heraklion, Lassithi and southern Crete (Plakias, Preveli Agia Galini, etc.).

        The cleaning of the house and change of the sheets are twice a week and included in the price..
